Because if you already have 4 recruits by turn 5 and can afford to play a 5 Mana minion that won't interact with your opponents board very much, you are probably already winning and don't need to waste a deck slot on a card that has the potential to be dead in hamd

There's a difference between a "win-more" card and a win-secure card. Win more cards never matter, you can't lose anyway. Win-secure cards require you to already be in the lead, but they keep you in the lead.

I’m a little put off by how many single cards the deck has now. There’s only one of Divine Favor, Stormwind, Winecleaver, Warlord? Doesn’t that make the deck a little inconsistent? I prefer the version that runs 2x Vinecleaver and 2x Void Ripper instead of stonehills (yeah discovering Tarim is good, but playing a 1/4 in an aggro deck isn’t).
