Times changed. This was before even the first expansion (I played during this time,) and yes this deck was pretty insane. One legendary especially back then was hard to get and top of that ragnaros was like the number 1 neutral card you wanted for all decks besides zoo.

I was in ultra late game against a priest (like usual) but he was out of cards, his only unit on the field was a 3/2 lightwarden. But I was at 3 hp. Then I draw a True silver champion and think HA! WIN! Until I realize that I get healed BEFORE I attack. God damn, died to light warden.

Ragnaros in Arena is pretty terrifying I think only one (maybe two?) players out of the ones you used rag on managed to kill him. With that nice curve and some great class cards you're bound to go far. Stormwind Champion in Shaman deck is pretty sweet too.

whenever i draft a strong legendary in arena i usually run into opponents who picked insane amounts of removal.. i swear that stuff never happens if i pick a Harrison Jones or a Captain Grennskin or any other "bad" legendary.

No it wasnt, if you look back at it then he gets the concencrate from the draw after the hammer. but if he was sitting with it inhand to start off with then yeah just hammering the shield would be the right way to go.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me today on Mage. Except for a Mirror Image, the cards went from above average to top tier (3 Fireballs, 1 Pyroblast, 1 Flamestrike, 1 Polymorph, 1 Frostbolt, 2 Azure Drakes...). Not only did I go 12-0, but none of the matches was even close.

That Paladin in game 9 played really oddly with that berserker. Had he attacked the wolf first before playing the protector, he could have the enrage with a divine shield on it. I'd view that as a misplay because Fairie Dragon traded for the 2-3 Berserker efficiently.

with the math at the end there Trump, just remember for every arena run that goes 12-0, there are probably about 4 people who go 0-3, so the average will still be 3-3. Just think of it this way: there is one winner and one loser in every game, unless it's a tie, so the total number of wins will always be equal to the total number of losses

I don't like how the paladin played the early game in game 9. He kept on shielding the berserker before a trade, but I would have sent the berserker at someone, then summoned the guy to shield him, resulting in a 5/1 with shield. Is that a bad way to play it or would it have ended in a better trading monster? Because Shaman don't have inherent way to easily pick off a divine shield from my understanding, and a 5/1 with shield can flawlessly trade with a tazdingo, leading into his OTHER argent shielder.

I dont play arena so maybe I'm missing something. But at the end of the first game, trump says "what does 6 damage with charge?" and concludes he just has to worry about king krush. Wouldnt Leeroy have also given his opponent lethal?

It is totally random. Rares just are, a bit rare and legendaries even more so (one hardly ever gets any at all - this is normal).

I just noticed but can Rags not be silenced? The guy in the 3rd match chose to silence the flame elemental and not the Rag.... Why?

Silencing the Rag means that it stops shooting fireballs, but it also means it can attack, and it's still an 8/8. Considering how low his health was, he was probably trying to keep its damage RNG locked. (Not that it mattered, he was utterly boned anyway).
