Which part of Japan is this? This railway looks like in the US, they probably took some inspiration. 😁

Sichuan, Western China. The British had an influence on Chinese coal mines in Sichuan and Chongqing. I'm not aware of any US influence but happy to learn.

@@JohnRaby The coal dump wagons are Chinese copies of Western Wheel & Scraper Co. equipment. So one can argue for US influence here.
