Member 6 is inclined at a angle of 50.1° and hence substitute theta=50.1° to find cos(c) sine(s) &cos*sin(cs) terms.

Yes both have same cross section length and inclination with global axis so values of stiffness matrix elements will not change, but the orientation of both members is opposite this will change the sign.
