हां, यह बहुत संभव है कि आप अपने परिवार के 2 करीबी सदस्यों के साथ अपना ट्रस्ट बना सकते हैं। बाकि सभी जानकारी के लिए यह अधिक उपयुक्त होगा यदि आप किसी स्थानीय दस्तावेज़ लेखक से संपर्क कर सकते हैं; क्योंकि ट्रस्ट की स्थापना एक ऐसा मामला है जो स्थानीय Sub-Registrar कार्यालय से संबंधित है।

While Section-8 Company is created for Public Charity Purposes, it`s objectives are not to earn profits. From Companies Act, 2013 point of view, there are no hinderances/ fetters. But as a Govt Employee you should check with your Office; I am sure there might be some internal restrictions as per your terms & conditions of employment. In such case, you can easily make either of your core family members as members-cum-directors of your Section-8 Company.

A) Certificate of Incorporation with Complete ByeLaws of the Society; B) Self Attested Copies of the PAN Cards and Aadhaar of 3-4 Office-Bearers + Photos C) Self attested Copy of the PAN Card of the Society; D) A Board Resolution duly passed approving decision to Open the New Bank Account and Mode of Operations (Singal or Joint); E) Copies of any Other Registrations granted to the Society e.g. 12AB Registration or GST Registration, if any.
