Hi there everyone!

@@magichandshobbies I’m not that guy, but I think I was going with TAP uniform Grey, citadel Mechanicus standard grey, or corax whit on stuff I was going to contrast paints.

TBH, we don't use doors anymore in HQ. We just put a token (much like a secret door token) down marking the square you can enter a room from. The doors often get in the way of placing miniatures, fall over etc. Unless you have a magnetized 3D board, doors can get kinda annoying. GREAT PAINTJOB THOUGH!!!

Thanks. I have to agree, the doors are a pain when playing. Will probably have a go at making my own board one day and eliminate the issue.

I mean I know there's a difference between reality and a game miniature, but no one would ever make a door hinge that was anything other than black. Oil quenching is the OG anti-rust treatment, it was simple to do, and it leaves iron midnight black. This is why hinge-makers were BLACK smiths. Were you not to do this, your doors would not open after a fortnight or so.
