DubstepJoltik No, you should only VFR the person that is pushing for VFR when it's their turn on the list. People who are doing VFR are productive and are usually good. If you are evil you don't want to push VFR for the potential of your mafia member getting voted, unless you are pushing someone other than your own. Splitting votes between #1 and the person who is starting the VFR process is ridiculous and wastes time.

Certainly alerting without a bait is totally bad, but alerting with a bait but killing some Town is not their fault. If Town is smart they would have known it's a vet bait. Majority of the players have the custom of checking d1 speakers in this game, thinking they're likely evil without having the thought that they might be vet baiting

Okay, time for a discussion. I had a game today where a jailor had a serial killer jailed night 2. The SK claimed amnesiac in jail. Jailor did not execute them. She decided to trust a neutral claim instead of not risking, and thinks that the amne claim COULD be legit, and MIGHT work with town. She said it was a bad idea to execute without cause, even though there are no repercussions of executing NB. I think that in a game of deception, the rule is "Guilty until proven innocent." She, and the entire dead chat, disagreed with me. Thoughts?

I personally agree with you on this one. If someone is an evil role, OBVIOUSLY THEY AREN'T CLAIMING IT. They might claim a different evil role to make certain plays, given the right scenario but for the most part, they won't outright say their actual role if asked. You don't blindly trust claims unless they're confirmed by a confirmed good guy or if they do something that confirms them. The jailor should've told that so-called "amne" to remember the next dead town. If they didn't, I would've exed them so fast.

Topaz Malcolm Yes, whenever I am mafia I ask for tp/lo unless jailor has beat me to it. But that is quite a waste of time. During VFR on d2 people will have claimed, and you can always ask that person for their role. I usually tend to just check a random person to push them during VFR on D2.

I agree, but leavers and throwers are very common. Even in Masters ELO, every game you see a leaver. It's very sad.. And BMG doesn't do a whole lot to prevent it.

@artloverr I have 2 accounts in 2100+ range. I know very well this game has leaver issues and if they ever want this game to grow they need to fix it. Anyways I only get bad leaver issues in about 20% of my games (about 19% too high) but that doesn't change how all his ranked uploads recently have had leavers and blatent throwers (vets asking for tp/lo, trans swapping people when vigi was supposed to be shooting them, jailors who refuse to execute evils, GF's who attack the person asking for tp N1, Random mafia visiting obvious vet baits, ect.)

During jailor meta, my mafia buddies INSISTED I go for jailor n1. I figured I'd try it just once, see what happened, even though it had to be a dumbidea. Guess what happened? i got executed by jailor next night because spy and lookout both confirmed I was mafia together. I don't feel that spy being in a game is situational. Most of my games have spies. Or at least spy claims.
