That part was criminal, I mean losing Palmer to illness (first game he's missed through injury/illness/suspension all season) and losing Gusto couldn't be helped. But dropping the heart of the defence that did their job perfectly Saturday until Disasi came on for Gusto at rb, plus if Jackson did his job we'd have won that so dropping Silva and Chalobah was the worst decision he's made all season and there's been A LOT of bad ones. I think last year was our lowest point, regardless I dunno if sacking poch is the answer. We still have inexperienced players who’s there’s no guarantee they gonna reach the levels we are hoping them to. Facts being poch in his managerial career has shown his Atleast a top 4 coach, these players on the other hand ain’t showed nothing but potential. And even then them Monaco defenders allowing man to turn and shoot in the box it’s shocking. The people who should get the blame are the football directors. Our players are bang average, some are even championship quality only (looking at Mudryk and Madueke) and a lot of our key players are injured. I can see our ownership giving him more time because of that. If we change manager now I don't know who we will get. Barca, Liverpool and Bayern are all looking for managers. OK ! This is why I've been Poch Out since last year because he can't incorporate any Football Fundamentals and an efficient playing system ! This Manager is spatially challenged. He has no concept of how to efficiently use space on the pitch. He has no Talent IQ and is all trial and errors. And that is the biggest issue. He looks the part but when you get a manager who "waffles" you must know he is no good. That is why even through the few highs this season I've said, Get a better Manager. Keep looking. We've seen top recruitment in players like Palmer and Gusto. We know the quality in Nkunku and Reece James. It's unfortunate the amount of disruption due to injuries we've had this season. I'm stuck in between being patient and giving up. We know how good this side can be, but also how awful we can be sometimes. I think we need to tough it out for the next couple seasons. These owners need to get rid of the pride and change the model and bring in some experienced players in key positions. I don't think Poch is as horrible as we make him out to be but for fucks sake he is not Chelsea standard and that is what matters. He's won fuck all in his career. We need an experienced manager to steady the ship
