I am always amazed at the insight the Rebbe had and how he was able to see and understand things that no one else could.

After hearing stories like this and as a student of the students of Rabbi Yosef Dov Soloveichik, ZT”L, who himself was very close to the Rebbe going back to their student years at the University of Berlin, I am reminded of R. Soloveichik’s famous teaching: Q: What’s the difference between a Litvish story and a Chassidic story? A. The Chassidic story always has a happy ending.

You have to ask the rabbi whether you should move or not you got major faults in your life number one number two if you would ask the rabbi to move from 770 Houston parkway you think he would do it

When the spirits, whom the Rebbe made deals with, give the answer it isn’t really a fair deal eh?! The spirits always know what was, is and is to come. Still though, some spirits do more but it costs more… “they” can even type your letters for you. Nothing special here but if you don’t know, it seems like a miracle but false faith is created. Very forbidden by the Creator though. Heavily punished for eternity. Enjoy it while it lasts, their time is short now.
