The other day I went to grab Jar Jar from Target. The kind employee was walking to the stock room to grab one and a scalper stopped her and asked her to grab 2 extra for him. He then asked me my reasons for buying Jar Jar and was shocked it was to genuinely collect the figure. He later showed me his check list and stock of figures to see if I wanted to buy anything off of him. I was so disappointed to meet a scalper in the wild and to see how much they remove off the shelves to make an extra few dollars.

Those are pretty solid lists. Cad Bane is definitely #1 in my book. I got the standard one, but it's just so well done. I'm glad Dooku made top 10; maybe I'm weird, but he's an easy #2 for me. I just love that figure so damn much. The lightsaber effect just looks...good! At least to me. But at the end of the day it comes down to opinions and you put a lot of logic behind yours.

Lots of great figures on this list man. Personally the Hoth trooper made my top spot simply for how customizable he is, but this year was really great for figures. That clone mold has got to be my favorite mold for the clones we’ve gotten.

There's so much I agree with you on! The Purge Trooper is one that looks SO cool on my shelf but is just so NOT fun. I also love the new Storm and Clone Troopers (imagine how great the Purge Trooper could've been on the new body). Endor Leia and ESB Vader are both criminally under-appreciated figures, so I'm glad to see them get some recognition for being so neat! Bly, Snowspeeder Luke, Hoth Rebel Trooper, and Cad Bane were all also on my list (with Bane also being #1).

Glad to hear someone saying they hate exclusives as much as I do. There are people who argue it’s good for it to be exclusive cause it promotes rarity makes the thing feel more “special”. Yeh except like you and 10 scalpers are the only people who own them. I don’t go “wow” so lucky I got Ahsoka cause she’s exclusive, I go wow I got ahsoka cause she’s fucking cool. (Getting her was not easy being in Australia, cost like $100 AUD, more than double usual retail price for black series)

I've noticed that about six to eight months down the line or so, the Wallmart ones pop up on BBTS. You have to watch out for them, because they don't advertise them at all, and it doesn't happen with any other store's exclusives, just Wallmart.

Though Beskar Mando, Plo Kloon, Dooku, the clones, the Armeror, and basically every Phoenix squad or empire strikes back figures. This year was crazy, so many good figures, yet they were all pretty difficult to get ESPECIALLY THOSE DAMN EXCLUSIVES. Luckily all my walmart preorders came through, and I was lucky enough to get the target Mando pack too!!!! The 332nd clone is so cool to me lol and hot take alert, I really don't like the Hoth Rebel trooper.... I have 2 and idk I just think they feel kinda cheap and the articulation feels so awkward and just idk, but I'm happy to see that everyone else is enjoying him :D

I swear my Walmart is usually great about getting exclusives in and in decent numbers, but this year I guess the pandemic really hecked them up because they have gotten almost _nothing_ all year; never saw any of that exclusive wave and never even saw G1 Blaster despite them consistently getting the other TF reissues

I also quite loved the Holiday Troopers. This was the worst year for exclusives. Never saw the Clone Wars Walmart releases, other then the Mandalorian Loyalist. Dooku is a beautiful figure. One of the few that looks better then the figuarts. The Clone Commanders are always a hit. Waiting on my Heroes of Endor, so I don't have any of the Endor figures yet. Prefer the Stormtrooper to the Clone Trooper. Bad elbow pads, and you have to bend the knee pads odd when you make it kneel. That Vader is such a good release. I wish I had a dozen of the Hoth Rebel Trooper. They need to keep putting out more figures like that. Love the new Yoda. Cad Bane and Hondo were both such good releases. They look so amazing on the shelf. My favorite figure of the year was the figuarts IG-11. It is amazing. It makes me want a figuart IG-88. My Bounty Hunter shelf doesn't look as good with that IG-11 in the room. Thanks for the video. Always appreciated hearing others favorite figures.
