One of their equipment guys had relatives in my home town and moved there. We formed our own gospel group and sang here and there - noting like Truth of course. We were Doulos, a slave who is freed but chooses to stay. I was a junior in high school and it was one on the most impactful times of my life. Thanks for posting this - it takes me back and brings me closer to Him.

A member of Truth (1972) was attending Texas Tech University when she took a year off to sing with Truth. That group performed at Texas Tech. Two of the young men in the group stayed at an apartment that I shared with 3 other Tech students while they were in Lubbock.
