The vibrations in engine is due to 3 cylinders being naturally imbalanced. That is dependant on piston movement and flywheel configuration. Spark plug has little to do with it anyways. The lag in pickup you mentioned in 1st and 2nd gear is due to ECU tuning. Our cars are designed to maximise mileage, so the engine blanks out there to reduce fuel input. It's intentional. The burn spots you mentioned on the spark plug's white ceramic area are known as corona arcs and are completely normal to have.

Yah bro ....its corona rings on the spark plug .not a big issue though but still ngk are much better than champions .Dnt know why companies do such little cost cuttings .Even maruti uses Ngk .The insulator on Ngk plug is very good compared to others . Yes spark plugs wont do much difference .3 cylinder is gonna be 3 cylunder always .Free massages on the go 😅

Haanji bro bs6 me 0w20 use krta hai vo bhi sirf CAFE norms ki vajah se taaki pollution kum ho but its not good for the engine .Bhot thin hai 0w20 nd india me 5w30 best hai yahan ki garmi ke hisaab se but govt ko koi fark ni pdta apka engine fuk jae toh .Vo toh chahte hi hain new cars sell hoti rahein .Saare manufacturers ko maruti hyundai sab 0w20 p hi shift hona pda hai due to draconian CAFE norms of Indian Govt .Foreign me ab bhi 5w30 hi chal ra hai .
