With the conseus of Ulema we can not Make a uniform law, so if according to Hanafi school of thought a girl can marry without the presence of WALI then how can you say that it is Haram nikkah because there is no consensus. He referred to JB and girl's parents. Zaheer just has his mother his father hass passed away. It looks the medical was definitely influenced.. According to GN sahab docs had an opinion of 15-16 years and acc to that her Nikkah she was not minor as per Punjab's marriage law. Allah ho Akber. We have been fooled by the parents for this past 1 year. Shame on them.

I just came across this video of GN Quereshi discussing the Dua Zahra case after a long period. At the danger of Madam Mishu deleting my comment - I would like to give some statements and some questions to GN Quereshi. Salam GN Quereshi and first of all my commiserations on your health issues. I hope that you get through these positively. I have a few statements and a few questions on your video. I hope you can answer for me: You talked about degradation of women from both sides but particularly from the opposite side - I presume you mean Zunaira's panel. I wonder if you noted for 8 months 'your' side youtubers demolished the characters of three women, Zunaira, her mother in law and Noor Bibi. They weren't just ranting and raving but actually character assassinating. They were called women of the night and pimps. What is your take on that and then compare to what Zunaira's panel said. Even after this video, Madam Mishu put up a cartoon of Zunaira gloating over what she must look like after hearing your video. It seems your message didn't get across!! Next you spoke of the medical reports. The first one you say was obtained fraudulently and passed fraudulently by Justice Ghaffar, whom you call a doubtful judge. First of all could you kindly share the evidence of the fraud in report 1 and if it was fraudulent why were the doctors who did it not get arrested. Secondly, how is it that you can call Justice Ghaffar doubtful and biased yet Zaheer can not question Justice Memon. How is it that you don't mind being called for contempt of court in front of Justice Ghaffar but the whole world laughs at Zunaira and panel being called by Kolohoro for contempt of court? Would you therefore agree that Judges can be questioned and they are not Gods? Then we come on to the second medical report. I find that listening to your video it seems that you are doubtful about it too! You say your first feedback on the report was from a friend doctor who told you that in his opinion the girl was 14/15 or maximum 15/16. You then say that a while later you met up with your cousin. This cousin was a retired doctor and had a senior position and was called by the board as an expert witness. You say your cousin's credibility is untouchable and he is an extremely humble person (I'm glad because I love humble people). Your cousin said that there was a difference of opinions amongst the doctors on age so to reach a consensus they signed up to an average of 15/16. (In this section I would like to point out that 4 of the doctors were orthopaedics who said age was 16/17 same as the 1st medical test - both carried out through ossification). Your cousin then said that doubt was created by the girl's family members and their counsel Jibran Nasir. The doctors wondered why they were acting over smart and creating confusion and this made the Board doctors suspicious. With your testimony it would seem that the second medical report is dubious and the first not as fraudulent as you seem to think it is. Regarding your own daughters, it seems you are of the opinion that children should have authority to choose their life options. That is commendable and exactly how it should be. And it should be universal not just for your family. Finally, you are a man of the law and defender of human rights and justice. Your cousin has said the girl's family's behaviour was suspect. Tell me plainly - what do you think is happening to the girl right now? News arriving is from the family. There is no third party report. Do you really believe that justice is served by knowing just one side?? Are you naive enough to agree that whatever the family says is the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth - so help me God? I believe there is a miscarriage of justice going on and if, like you said in this video that we must go to the eternal life, should you and others who defend justice not go and find out if what the family is saying is the truth?
