I could be wrong but god and/or Jesus are the only ones that can assign the title as an Apostle! You cannot just assign it to yourself because "You" believe you are because you had a dream or something ! Really how many Pastors make a Quarter what he's worth, in my eyes he's definitely not worthy of being called an Apostle, at best Pastor or Preacher.
