Young generations of with some exceptions think that because you are old in the job they don’t need you. What Sara said is exactly right. I work at a very toxic workplace. One of their top employees was exposed in an article and after years of allowing that person's behavior they suddenly went against them. Ever since then it's back to normal: they would always defend their senior employees when workers complain about abusive behavior. They could not care less about the toxic environment. Heck, they are in fact the ones causing it too begin with!

Riley Gaines sued Whoopi Goldberg for lying about her and Whoopi had to pay $8 million as a result.
