Maybe grab Scott Pape on for a chat too. The banks charge a higher interest rate on mortgages with offset accounts attached. The Barefoot strategy is to get the lowest interest rate you can on your mortgage. You’d need quite a bit of cash offsetting your mortgage to make up for the difference in rates. ❤️ this channel Kerry.

Great advice Tony, I jumped out of Lithium when I watched an interview you did with Kerry last year and you mentioned the words Get Out and you were spot on. I have held my small cap Gold, Silver, Copper, amongst others for the past 2 years and have been 80% down and am now back too 👍😀
