Funny, when I was in I once had to do a lot of pushups for referring to the Carl G as a Bazooka? LOL. Ah memories.

No plate carriers, even in urban fighting? Besides the helmet, do our guys have body armor?
@jacobcook22764 жыл бұрын
David Jeans I’m pretty sure they do but they don’t give them the top notch equipment until they get deployed from what I’ve heard
@jl40854 жыл бұрын
Jacob Cook Nope, the only guys that get plate carriers that will stop rifle rounds is CANSOFCOM (Canadian Special Operations Forces Command). Regular infantry guys like who you're seeing get issued flak vests and that's it. Might It'll stop shrapnel, maybe stop pistol rounds, but won't stop rifle rounds.

Urban ops has an above 50% casualty rating. No idea where 30% came from but it's inaccurate.
@analyticallysound27165 жыл бұрын
@Freyja Frigg I'm an infanteer in the CAF who has done urban ops training and the stat is generally 70% casualties. I was surprised to but if you think about it, it makes sense. Especially after doing urban ops training.
