There's a ton of guys who over stayed at certain weights, but still made weight and didn't look drained. Take Errol Spence. Spence was over weight in 50% of his fights at 147. You can check Boxrec and see it. He didn't start to make weight regularly until 2018. Over that time he looked drained all the time, but once he got a nutritionist Spence looked in shape and healthy while cutting.
