For those saying they did not sign up for trailhead, do. You don't have to complete trailhead. Just use it smart. For newbies complete the fresher trails. For others search what you want to learn deeper. It's not a tool to 100 percent reply on alone but to supplement with others.

I think trailhead is great for hands on. If it's not hands on, wouldn't advice doing it. Super badges and some other trail mixes that teaching by doing.

Thank God I was today going to switch to learn salesforce developer free course from trailhead from leaving Frontend react course mid couirse.I didnt know it will take more time for me to learn and deploy as 34 yr old fresher entering developer job than react front end

In reality developers with experience(min. 3-5yrs ) get hired to work in salesforce ,pega etc. In most cases you get hired for developer skills in a company n then you work on crms. Btw i am in a simikar situation as you, i am 31yo and learning js.
