FWIW, The cable from the receiver to the lighting module that you pointed at is the Maxx Link Cable. I always recommend people use that cable rather than the Receiver Connection Cable when installing a third-party ESC/motor. To use the Maxx Link cable you need the TQi receiver which comes stock on any TRX-4 with 2-speed and lockable diffs. I’ve got a fairly detailed video about this setup on my channel. Nice video and nice build. One finds out quite quickly the trade-off between scale and performance. If you want more performance I’d be go easy on the brass and try to trim some weight off other places. One big way to fix the weight distribution without changing the body is to run a smaller battery and mount it up front where you have the lighting module (put the lighting module on the running board). Then contemplate removing some accessories from the body.

Gotta try a 1/6 crawler man, so much fun... But the scx6 are horrible stock, luckily for you they don't stay stock. My scx6 is my all time favorite (after a small fortune of upgrades).

Great video what axles are those and just my experience I’d lose those desert lizards and go back to the stock Traxxas shocks if you want to stick with the red traxxas sells red shock body’s that’s why your truck tips back so bad going up steep inclines I had the same issue the shock is fighting the body and the roof stuff looks cool but also causes the front to unload and top back those were my biggest issues fixed em and it crawls amazing 👍🏽
