Trx4m high trail gets crawler gears installed.

Just want to say thanks for watching. Both have the same mods. Crawler gears and both have entire front end with brass.Now with both with same mods the high trail in my personal experience is the more capable crawler and for the trails.

I always install bearings and Injora 48T pro motor in the TRX4Ms before deciding on low range gears. The friction in the bushes is what ruins these trucks out the box

This now has bearings, two speed and now brushless. Just to let everyone know the two speed tranny uses more bearings.Unless you can buy the tranny gears separate you’ll need to purchase two sets of Trx4m bearings.

A lot of guys are running the MOFO rc big block with those trail gears. You have super smooth low end control but also have wheel speed when needed.

Hello , which one is better before and after upgrades ? The high trail or the defender ? And what upgrades have you done to both of them ?
