🚗TRY AGAIN ⁄⁄ New Beginnings 🚗

Hello friend,
this was quite a fun vlog to edit. It took only about 8 ish hours instead of over 10 like most! It's also because there was so much content that I decided to split it into two. So I hope to follow up shortly by the end of the week with another!
This is a documentation of our move in to my very first apartment. I will be sharing it with my sister and tyler in the fall, and it is my first time truly on my own! In terms of paying rent, and financially supporting myself. I feel so lucky to be able to have this job that both fuels my creative energy and provides me with amazing opportunities. Thank you thank you thank you. :'-)
In the middle of this vlog though, what you didn't see is the little bit of time that I spent at Tyler's old house. (where I filmed the 'quiet morning' video). There wasn't vlog footage there, except for when Ty and I went on our anniversary trip! I thought it would be too random and kind of all over the place to try to squish that trip's footage in here, too... So I think I will just make it a moving album. It's been over a year since my last one?? For those who are unfamiliar with that concept- it's when I capture certain moments, moving pictures, that are very picturesque and something I would want to cherish forever. Yet, not quite enough to be a vlog, so I compile them into an 'album' i can look back on. a mini-vlog, if you will.
A lot of exciting things are down the road.. for one, I am taking a trip to Scotland this weekend! Leaving on saturday night. It is for a project I am shooting with contiki and travel Scotland, but you will here much more about it when I also get more details! honesty, I am so anxious.. it is my first legit work trip, and I am so scared to let down the crew and also our audience :-0 I know that I over think, and let myself worry (as if it will help or something)... but I can't help but feel scared, since this is my first time doing any sort of work like that, where I am not the complete manager of all the filming, planning, and editing.. aaaAH
But this is such an amazing opportunity to begin with, I won't let myself ruin it with worry. Even if things go wrong, I will for sure take it as learning and growing experiences. I would never have gotten this opportunity without this community, and your presence. Once more, thank you SO much. And thank you to my family for pushing me to do it. I almost turned it down at first, because taking this trip meant losing a few weeks that I would be able to spend back in California with my parents. My mom and sister talked me into it! So I will make it worthwhile!
I hope you have been making the most out of your days as well, and through the commotion of busy life, to center yourself on what is important to you at the end of the day. Through my anxiety, knowing the significance of God, family, love, and friendship is what brings me peace. Live and do not wait for life! Sending you love, I will see you very soon.

I was yelling at the screen the entire time about the bed slats! The little metal part spanning from the outer part of the bed frame to the middle beam are to stop the bed from warping or twisting, not to support the mattress 😂😂 I love your new place and can’t wait for more vlogs with your new kitty
