It's to throw people off that use a visual cue. The rhythm itself is the same, so it's not hard to infer that the "Wonderful" is the same as the "I suppose" from the first verse.

Gotta love the instant fail cue (the first ‘wonderful’ cue in Fan Club 2). Even if it’s not as satisfying without flicks, the Megamix version was a massive improvement for fixing that, making the visuals actually pretty cool, and even redoing the song almost completely.
