Yes the editing is chaotic but a lot of people don't understand or appreciate that this is how 5 minute crafts do their videos and that's the whole GAG. I feel like so many people missed that. I know how long this took to edit with the additional stuff added in. So yes this may not be their "style" of editing but that's the WHOLE POINT!!! Amazing job editing this to be obnoxious and be a parody for what 5 min crafts are.

I kinda like “try-minute crafts” as a name. And I think they should do these more and it should be a series. But it should be more like the first try minute crafts video. I think the reason the first 5 min crafts was so funny wasn’t the chaotic editing but because the four guys were just so happy to be together after months of covid struggles. They worked in pairs which was better too. It had the nostalgia of their OG videos. 4 friends trying funny stuff. Which is the content we want.

Guessing you have a new editor! While the sheer amount of it wasn't for me and so I quit the video early (I prefer to focus on what the guys are saying/doing over editing jokes around it), I can tell they're very good at what they do and will appeal to people who like this style of video!

I know what you're saying but I also think it works, especially because this isn't the first video of this kind out there, even by the own try guys. So the editing just spiced it up for me enough to make me want to watch the whole thing. I like how noticeable it was that it's a new editor. It's kinda crazy how an editor is so important to a youtuber, huh?
@dclovee3273882 жыл бұрын
I think Elliott been the editor for a while
@mgbcreates2 жыл бұрын
Nah, it's done by Elliott, one of their long-time editors. A few people pointed it out already, but I think the editing was maxed out here because it mimicked how chaotic the editing of the 1st 5-Minute Crafts video was. I actually didn't mind the chaotic editing, especially since I'm subscribed to a few KZbinrs who use this technique, like MacDoesIt. So, this doesn't phase me as much as those who didn't like this video [for the editing style].

The way the chaotic editing is enhancing the chaotic energy the guys have is beautiful. It’s art.

The last "pizza box" hack is great if you ship things and you need to resize larger boxes. You can take the basic concept and apply it to other sizes. I do it all the time for stuff I sell on ebay.
@amandarae3152 жыл бұрын
Please don’t take this as a diss, hopefully just constructive criticism. This editing style was not great for you guys or the vibe you always give off. You’re all so naturally funny and talented-I could watch a raw unedited video of you all any day-especially compared to an over edited one. It’s your chemistry, charisma, jokes, personalities, etc that draw people in…not your editing style or video quality. Simple is so much better ❤️❤️ I’ll always watch regardless, like I have been for years-I just very much struggled to get through this 😖
@Hobbitses882 жыл бұрын
Its been like that for awhile. My partner and I are slowly moving away from watching their videos. I got about five minutes into this one before shutting it off. It makes me so sad. 😔

You do know 5 minute crafts is a Russian channel made by Putin's supporters and they have a whole bunch of other similar scammy channels to cheat people out of their money. I guess the Try guys are pro Russia then.
