Best Reggae disco song of all time. As in ever. An anthem for what dance hall reggae can do to the soul. This hits the heart. Its harmony and punk and music that invokes emotion. It's all our lost loves and found love.

His name is written in so many hearts and with sadness I refer to his passing. Long live the memory of William "Bubby" Rugs. You will be remembered for your endless energy and tenacity even when seriously ill and performing with the band. So, death has parted us. Your music lives on in my soul. Thanks for still warming my heart to the deep embrace of "Try Jah Love". The world needs this now. Salute Bunny Rugs!

This band was perfect. I am so sad I slept on them, Their harmony is flawless. They were right up there with The Ohio Players, and Earth Wind And Fire. What was I thinking????

THIS GIVES ME LIFE!! I remember hearing this song as a kid in the 80's on every radio station...and seeing them on Soul Train...today as an adult I listened to the words for the first time..and it's basically Jah Speaking To All Of Us.....

I remember when I took my mother (who passed away afterwards) to see Third World in New Kingston one night, and she said of Bunny Rugs 'What a bway can sing". Yes mama, he could sing. What a fantastic band. Miss you mama, but sure am blessed with his God-blessed gift to us. RIP Bunny, sing up a storm in heaven love and shake the heavens.

I used to listen to this music in Saudi Arabia when I was a teenager. Out of nearly every Toyota pickup came the sounds of Marley, Bee Gees, and 3rd World! Damn... I miss those sand dunes, camels, and the smell of sulfur in the sky (burnt from their unregulated plants & refinaries). Oh Dhahran, Abqaiq, and Ras Tanura stand proud you desert towns!

KINGSTON, Jamaica --William ‘Bunny Rugs’ Clarke former lead singer of the popular band Third World has died. Clarke who would have turned 66 on Thursday, February 6, had been in intensive care for some time. According to Colin Leslie, a close friend of the singer, Bunny Rugs passed away at 11:00 pm Sunday at his home in Orlando, Florida. He was released from the Intensive Care Unit of an Orlando hospital last week after two weeks of treatment for leukemia. He missed a number of engagements linked with the celebration of Third World’s 40th anniversary last year but it was generally felt that he would have recovered enough to return to Jamaica this month. Clarke was born in Mandeville and replaced ‘Prilly’ Hamiltion as lead singer for the band in 1976. His first album with the band was ‘96 degrees in the Shade’ but is best known for the hits ‘Now that we found Love’ an O’Jays original, and ‘Try Jah Love
