I remember seeing them play at the Starlite ballroom on Shepard back in 1980 or1981… met a beautiful girl there and we danced and messed around until it was over…man I was like 14 or 15 back then.

Hi everyone!! Does anyone have or know anyone that has the revised or 2nd version of this song?? I have it on cassette but I’m not able to convert it and upload it on here. It is by far even more sentimental than this version. You know, the one that will make you cry just by listening to such a remarkable remake of Mr. James Brown’s beautiful composition. Please let me know, thanks!!🙋🏻♂️

Are you still looking at uploading the cassette version?
@jmzo007 Жыл бұрын
@@eliseorgarcia3475 I definitely want to but I need to find it as I haven't listened to it in such a long time. My cassette deck stop functioning as the motor probably got stuck. I'd have to take it apart and fix it. Otherwise I'd have to buy me a small tape player conversion kit for my PC. I wanted to go to my nearest record store and perhaps I could order it on disc if they have it available. If not I'll see when I can convert it and upload it. Like I mentioned, the version i have starts off with both sax and piano. It sounds more like a studio version to me. It's funny how I've had this tape for almost 40 years now. Such memories live on forever.....
