Try my Best Ever Pudding Recipe || Dulce de leche pudding || Pudding Cake Recipe

One of my beat ever pudding recipe - Spongy moist dulce de leche cake topped with creamy delicious dulce de leche cream layer topped with crunchy cashew praline.
DULCE DE LECHE SPONGE CAKE
1/2 cup All pupurpose flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
43 gm unsalted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tin Dulce de leche
CREAM LAYER
2 whipping powder sachet
1/2 cup milk cold
1 small packet Thick cream
3/4 can / dulche de leche
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp gelatin
2 tbsps water cold
CASHEW PRALINE
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp water
3 tbsp chopped cashewnuts
