I love the absolute shite he says at 8:03 as if it's some ridiculous amount. If you do the maths 42 slices of bread a week is literally just 3 sadwiches a day. If you had 2 rounds of toast in a morning, a meal deal sandwich for lunch at work and maybe a sandwich for an evening snack you're already there. Hardly the crime of the century.

​​@@TheeEnglishKnightit absolutely would make you overweight lmao. white bread is just empty calories, and if you can't metabolise them fast enough or don't do enough exercise to burn them off then it will make you overweight. especially because energy obtained through carbohydrates are burned as glucose in the body, which means your body doesn't burn its fat reserves. a diet with minimal carbohydrates is far healthier than eating literally 42 slices of bread (plus whatever else you eat) per week lmaoooo.
