For some people, being a little is a trauma response and not at ALL sexual. I don't think it should be sexualized. I have a friend who was extremely sexually abused as a young girl so she carries a stuffed animal to feel better loves crayons and all the other kid stuff but it's not sexual for her at all. Just so people know, being a little isnt a fetish! Theres a difference between age regression and age play! Age regression is a coping mechanism due to stress or childhood trauma that caused someone to have a bad childhood so they cope by doing child-like things and behaving like a kid. Age play is something totally different that i personally find more disturbing since its sexual and has all of the aspects of age regression but in a sex scenario that just feels wrong. Hope that clears some stuff up :)
