My daughter had the original iPod and got so upset when I wouldn't buy her the iPod mini. I told her the iPod works fine. There's no reason to buy something new. I'm not a big fan of keeping up with the Joneses, which seems to be Apple's whole sales strategy. Lol I've had the same Samsung Galaxy phone for the last three years and it's still going strong. If it ain't broke, don't fix it

To be fair, I'm likely older than most of them (maybe not Sharon)...but I was amazed to find out that Nicholas (who gives off "dad vibes/energy") is actually a few years younger than I am (in the "20 in 2023" video, he mentions his freshman year of high school was '03, which puts him somewhere in the realm of 33-35). As an aside, my knee surgery is older than most of the people I work with...which is a sobering thought (arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus on my 18th birthday in 2002).

I knew the answer was Massachusetts for the same sex marriage question. My neighbor, who was born there, completely flipped his lid about that! When he saw I wasn't upset, he asked me how I felt about it and I told him it doesn't matter to me one way or the other. They can have civil unions, but they don't have any of the benefits of marriage so let them get married. He never spoke another word to me.

I'm not sure how true this is, but I've heard that the bombshell reveal at the end of Lost was planned from the beginning, that the writers/creators were going to drop that bomb in the final episode regardless of how many seasons or episodes they got. OK, one of the biggest things I take away from this video is that I always appreciate when they put Jayse and Izzy together. Always enjoying a video that they’re in together. 😂 now what I was initially, getting to was at some point in this video, and I could be wrong, but Jayse eludes to being around 28 or 29, I want to say 28 by a number of an age he said before the San Andreas game, it was like maybe 3 before that, and the video originator/commentator asks if you feel old and I believe he answers to a yes, in some form, and I’m watching this video, and I hear him say the word to and I out loud to myself in a humorously irritated fashion, said “man, I’m gonna be 42 in September and you think your old for this being 20 years later..man, shut the hell up.” 😂😂

I graduated grad school from the University of Missouri in 2004 with a Master of Arts degee in Sociology (with a thesis option). The LSU Tigers (same mascot as the University of Missouri) split the national championship in football with USC, making it the fourth time in my life that the championship was split for a major rite of passage (birth year, year I graduated elementary school, year I graduated high school, year I graduated grad school).

I have memories of my family watching Ken Jennings competing on Jeopardy. Every night we were wondering if it was going to be his last and always excited to see him go on another day. Breaking records. Considering that this was shortly after my mom packed up all 5 of us and our stuff and left my dad in 2003. Moved to another state and lived in a 2bedroom apartment for 3 years. This is a good memory at that time.
