hooters restaurants usually have a sexy nature about them (except in this "brand new hooters" because of Ian & the ventriloquist doll), so the customer nip-slipping (i don't think this was planned by Tommy to happen) added a humorous role reversal on top of the already ridiculous scene. one of the funniest tntl skits ever!

Also the Hooters bit that had Shayne dying of laughter killed me xD An future idea maybe could be that essentially there is a blind date scenario where each couple is randomized, but each one is playing as a character or real person and have to try and make one another laugh first. Whoever laughs first is then traded out for a new person on rotation, rinse and repeat!
