Eh....Most of the jokes are funny. The dude in the corner with the mask on is who I identify with most. Some of it is downright hilarious, and some is pretty cringe. It makes you realize that it's supposed to hold up a mirror to society, because Seth is anything but racist. I can't really explain it, and i'm not going to say "you're either black or white and that's why you do or don't get it". But I will say that you either get it or you don't.

The episode sees peter sent to a camp in order to overcome his sexism and he returns home thinking he's a woman. So when he's addressing the crowd he means all men, not just the ones present. That bit is much funnier in context because of the added situational humor.
