Brian is pink because it was stewies first trick or treat and asked brian to go with. Stewie got jacked by some bullies for his candy and asked brian to get back for him. The kids that took stews candy spray painted him pink. The TNTL you did with Lois stew and pink brian going to the lady is near the episodes end. And the bit where the pink panther asks Brian "first day being pink?" Is also that episode. That would be a good for twitch live.

That was a Hallowe’en episode where Brian takes Stewie trick or treating around the neighborhood, and some bully kids take Stewie’s candy, so Brian tries to get it back but gets tricked into going behind an alley where they spray paint him pink.
