Watching the butter being patted, took me back over 60 years. As a kid in the 50s, local grocery stores, would have a big barrel of butter. When you bought a pound, the grocer would cut off a block, and then using pats, would pat it 8nto a block, and finish by wrapping it in greaseproof paper! What memories 😊
