I think the trouble comes from the reality that, if you’re taking the video seriously, you have to remain virtually motionless for 11 minutes. That in mind, these songs are catchy af so it almost got me to fail but somehow I’ve been able to hold my ground at the time of writing edit: deco 27… my weakness 😭😭 (still in tho), but this challenge is all about resisting what’s natural… which results in doing nothing lol. Tough regardless

Sad thing is that I grew up with music lessons from clarinet to piano to choir to dance classes so my body tunes to the same beat as a quarter note in the song instinctively so even if I'm not tapping to the same rythm as the song (whether it be using half notes, whole notes, or even eighth notes), I'm still tapping my finger along so I am not allowed to move at all. ;0; Note: Only music people will fully understand this struggle
