Done the way we do in Puerto Rica, it is the most tender meat you can't imagine, suction cups and all! Squid on the other hand will ALWAYS have that briny cheap bait smell/flavor! It's gross. Most people just don't know how to cook octopus properly, but I guarantee it's the best thing you've never tasted!
