I agree with Tori, Little Caesars has gone WAY downhill. It used to be pretty solid, but they changed something and now they suck. Also, the reason their wings are dry af is because they put them back in the oven when they come out(when the wings come out, they push them back in about half way and let them cook more). I will say though, their thing crust isn't half bad.
