Ingredients:
2 tbsp. oil
1 medium onion (chopped)
4 gloves garlic (minced)
500 g chicken gizzards (sliced into two)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. chili flakes
1/4 tsp. black pepper
30 g spring onion (sliced into 2 inch)
10 g coriander leaves
Marinate:
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp. sesame oil
Cooking Procedure:
1. In a bowl with sliced chicken gizzards, combine cornstarch, ginger and garlic paste, sesame oil and mix thoroughly to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the pan on medium heat. Pour in the oil and saute onion until translucent and garlic until aromatic.
3. Add chicken gizzards and mix for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes and black pepper. Mix and stir for another 3 minutes.
5. Add spring onions followed by coriander leaves and mix again. Turn off the stove.
6. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot and enjoy.
