Over sized looks cool on you cuz you yourself have a cool cute personality, but try something your size bomber jacket, may be jacket with big collars would give you the look you are looking for. Plus good fit top dress should compliment the waist of a girl with nice small waist. Zara is nice, and their style fits you nicely
