Be proactive not reactive:- jisme hamne dekha tha ki situations me hame sirf react nhi karna hai balki unhe control karne ki koshish karni hai.. Isme meine apna personal experience apne teacher ki story share ki thi..
Put first things first:- jisme hamne calm app ke founder ki story dekhi thi aur ek bhaut pyaari quotation dekhi thi ki “the most important thing is to keep the most important thing as the most important thing” yaani sabse important cheez ye hai ki ham highest priority ko hi priority de.
Next tha Think win win:- yaani best deals jo ham kar sakte hai vo ye hai ki us deal me dono parties jeete ek bhi hara to future me bura hi hoga.
Seek first to understand then to be understood:- yaani pehle khud dusre ko samjho phir expect karo ki koi hame samjhega.
Next point tha Begin with the end in mind:- yaani pehle apna main goal imagine kar lo.. Kyunki vaha tak phunchne ke liye routes to bhaut saare ho sakte hai. Aur isme hamne Arnold ka example dekha tha jo kehte hai ki i hate plan B
Synergize:- yaani mil ke kaam karenge to ham bhaut acha output de sakte hai isme hamne dekha tha ki elon musk apni team ke liye best log chose karte hai even ki jab ham India me best teams bana dete hai to ham mars tak bhi first attempt me hi phunch jaate hai.
Next habit thi Sharpen the saw:- yaani skill ko hamesha update karte raho isme hamne.. Kunal shah ki statement dekhi thi jo unhone scaler ke convocation me di thi even hamne GIGL app ki baat ki thi ki ye ek source hai jis se ham khud ki learning ko continue rakh sakte hai.
Finally point tha If you know it then teach it share your knowledge:- jisme hamne Kalaam sir ka example dekha tha ki duniya ke best log apni knoledge ko end me share karte hai na ki khud hi saath le ke mar jaate hai.
