Assalamu'alaikum today I am sharing with you a very easy, tasty & delicious Mughlai Recipe Mutton Mumtaz, hope you will like it and be subscribe to my channel to get notify for latest recipes.
Ingredients:
(for marination)
Mutton - 500gm
Salt - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala pow - 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper - 1 tbsp (crushed)
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
(for green masala)
Onion - 200g
Green Chillies - 10 - 12
Cashew - 10 - 12
Fresh Curd - 100g
Fresh Coriander - 1 bunch
(for gravy)
Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Green Chillies - 3
Butter - 1 tbsp

No, it is not necessary for mutton also you can make it without butter.. but specially recommended for chicken

Mam, regularly we prepare mutton curry with red chilly powder which causes BURNING 'there' and leads to piles. But we can't control our craving for mutton. I prepared Your recepie... this is excellent, marvellous. As I added more curd, to get the spicyness, I added some pepper powder. I prepare mutton in future in this method ONLY...
