In Canada, jobs will not specify an age limit as that is regarded as discrimination. Therefore, you should be able to work if you meet the requirements of a job and scale through the recruitment process.

Once you provide your offer of employment letter which shows your salary, ideally you may not require POF but to be on the safe side, best to have at least 5k in your account, especially if you're coming with your family.
