Add a layer of gel on the natural nail underneath to keep from lifting and you get to grow your nails really long. It also keeps them very clean. I've been doing this for many years and never have any problem with my gel overlay lifting.

I tried polygel once but it was a cheap kind with mini lamp. I do like the i don't know what it's called. The nail tips with the glue liquid. What are good nail tips to use?

Yes, you need to use alcohol, but not as much as with the brush

Help please. This is exactly how I do my nails at home but I use an extra layer of builder gel instead of the polygel. I have been doing my nails at home for years without any problems when I use builder gel but whenever I try polygel they lift. Could you please let me know why that may be?
