I've noticed a big positive change in my life in the past few years and it is to do with my self talk. Instead of always talking myself down, like I used to, nowadays I catch myself talking myself up. Perhaps it has something to do with hearing "you are the best" from TRY ASMR over the years. I've started to believe it. Thanks TRY!! You are the best too!

I do make the videos for the people that like them and not to grow my channel. I also chose to not have a patron or something like that just because of that.
