I mean anything that's dry can be set on fire and used as a match. Im a chef, and sometimes we have to relight the stove or pilot light, so we take an uncooked spaghetti noodle and use that. Doesnt necessarily mean that because its flammable, its bad for u. Just that it doesnt have moisture in it.

Yes! I use uncooked noodles to light candles that are too short for me to light in the jar. I learned that trick when I worked in a kitchen!

Actually, I’d argue the fact that the Cheetos are flammable says better things for them than if they weren’t flammable. It’s basically fried corn flour dough, which should be flammable by itself, so if it didn’t catch like that I’d be worried about whatever flame retardant material they added to the batter to make it not catch 😅

Actually, yeah. The reason they catch fire so easily and burn so smoothly is because of the high carbohydrate content (and they're a bit oily). Are they super healthy for you? No. But they're made of real food at least.

fun fact! How food burns are how we measure calories. We did an experiment in my chemistry class where we measured the calories of different snacks by burning them. Needless to say, the people who brought in Doritos were surprised at how big their flame was. Doritoes are REALLY flammable. Also! Wendy's is from Ohio where I am from!! :)

Why would food being flammable be bad for you? The only thing keeping most food from lighting on fire is moisture content. popcorn and marshmallows light up pretty easily

Almost ALL solid food is flammable x_x I cannot wrap my mind around the "this cannot be good for you" remark because it caught on fire. Dehydrated anything is flammable. That is how caloric content is measured.

In my book a toasted marshmallow isn't fully toasted UNLESS it's actually caught fire! But then I'll only eat them if they're suitably melty (I hate the mallow texture)

Wendy's was founded in the town I live in. In fact, their headquarters and test kitchen is about 10 minutes from my house. They also use local restaurants to test out new concepts like their breakfast menu and possible new menu additions.

So the reason that cheese packet for the Cheetos looked different and was unsealed is because that's a factory defect. The tape is used to signify the end of the roll of packs and so that would also explain why it didn't properly seal.

It's not necessarily the end of a roll as some rolls are spliced 2-3 times from the printing factory. You can usually tell where on the side of the rolls but in the middle of production, operators may not pay attention to that thus ending up with packets covered with tape. Too bad it was not rejected afterwards unless the noodles and cheese packets are put in the box on the same machine. It would explain why it was not rejected actually 🤔...

I've never seen anyone use 2 pans to make mac n' cheese! XD It's usually just cook noodles, strain noodles, add all other ingredients to noodles in same pan you cooked them in, stir and serve. lol Tbh, I would be more concerned if the Cheetos didn't burn, most things do... if they don't, question what's in them, and probably stay away from any fumes. Yeah. I have only every used one pot when making boxed mac n cheese. When making homemade mac n cheese I use two pans but I have never seen anyone use two pots for instant mac n cheese.

here's a fact from somebody with family that worked in the farming industry: the chaff and starch from corn is *_HIGHLY_* combustible to the point of Explosive. in the olden days, it wasn't uncommon to have poorly ventilated silos with the dust from processing corn and grains to literally go up in a fire ball. there's even a thing on Myth Busters where they try to see what happens when one heats corn starch under pressure... they loved it. but my cats scattered and hid under the bed from the sound coming from the explosion on the telly.

One of my favorite things is what I lovingly refer to as “Curry Mac,” instant mac and cheese (like Kraft) plus yellow curry powder. It’s better than I can justify and I wish more people would try it. It’s also really good with a bit of shredded chicken mixed in.

I found it weird that they called it a chicken burger. Burgers are usually ground meat, so we in the USA just call them a chicken sandwich. Glad you guys liked it though. I usually eat chicken when I go to Wendy's

I'm in the UK and a "burger" is pretty much any kind of "round" that you put in a bun (beefburger, chicken burger, veggie burger, halloumi burger etc) A sandwich is 9/10 sliced bread and any kind of filling and rarely refers to a fast food bun+meat combo 🍞🍖😋

Germany had Wendy's in the 80ies, my mum told me she ate there from time to time. Back then the part of Germany I live in was still occupied by the USA, so there were lots of American soldiers and Wendy's targeted mostly them. You had to accually go onto military bases to get to the restaurant. When most of the soldiers left, so did Wendy's.

Interesting. I've lived in the US (not for many, many years mind you), and I don't recall KD tasting differently, but it's been such a long time, I don't recall how it tasted. Kraft cheese singles are definitely different (and the American singles are way better than the Canadian singles).

Wendy's is my favorite of the fast food chains of that caliber. Their salads have real greens, their chicken nuggets are great, their burgers are very good, and you can get a baked potato covered in cheese and bacon.

Come fall and winter, I really like Wendy's chili with their hot seasoning packets. If you like salad though, definitely need to try McDonald's southwestern one. It's the only thing I get from there other than their coffee drinks. Pretty dang tasty.

I used to work at Wendy's and I was called the fry girl. Out of all the mac and cheese flavors I saw, none of them looked pleasing to eat. I used to eat so much that now I'm mac and cheese'd out. However, I just loved this video. You and Sika bring on the good laughs together with food.

I had the Cheeto standard Mac and cheese and it was actually kinda good. Like it was gross but good. Also many carbs and snacks are flammable because of the calories.
