That new fish sauce looked really good. Outstanding platter with the rice. The mushroom episode was quite interesting. I had a buddy who did that alot. As you said you got to be careful. He ended up picking and eating magic mushroom and spent the rest of the day listening to the Iron Butterfly albums.😂😊

Just got back to Iowa after seeing our Florida Pensacola area gulf home for the first time. Bought it 4 months ago, hubby has been there 3 or 4 times getting some things done and man! We have our work cut out for us. It came with 2 raised beds that need a major deweeding and love your new fence! We have some to replace just to make it look better. Always love the recipes cuz I can smoke pork and beef like no other but seafood is a whole new territory! And of course, the requisite Midwest casseroles, soups, stews and homemade bread! Love watching you both!❤

Hey guys. Amber dear if you'll leave that cream on medium heat for a few minutes stirring, it will thicken up. Cream is a good way to thicken most any gravy. I found that by accident many years ago.

You may reconsider replanting your trees several more feet away from the fence. If not, in time, your neighbor may have half the fruits of your labor. You may also want to water the hell out of the trees for the next 4 years, until they are well established. Also, consider covering the fruit trees and turkey fig during freezing temperatures, and use a soil drench insect control. Please take these tips from me, after learning from my own lack of knowledge.

MIke D. if you put the butter in while it's really hot. The butter will separate and become oily and milk. So it's if you put it in after you take it off to heat. It'll stay together and become creamy.
