Mielle rosemary oil, low manipulation on your hair, use heat protector when blow drying and flat ironing your hair, even biotin gummy helps! My hair have grown insanely after these rules, glow force oil also helps!❤️❤️❤️

Hey Naomie, first of all you’re very beautiful ♥️ but it’s also totally normal to have insecurities especially when your skin is acting up. So, first just figure out if you have dry skin, oily skin or combined. After finding out your skin type everything’ll get better trust me, you don’t even have to go far, there’s a lot of detailed descriptions on google, instagram and youtube about skin types and how to know yours (try cerave or the african black soap according to your skin type) this applies to sunscreen too, there’s sunscreen for oily skin and for dry skin. Try not to use a lot of products on your skin it’s very delicate. A cleanser and moisturizer might be all you need. When removing makeup it’s better to not use makeup removers (bioderma, etc) they’re not bad actually it’s just that they strip the skin, especially sensitive skin, if you’re breaking out don’t use them for the time being. Your skin might also be breaking out because of your current products. They might not be bad products and might even be recommended to you by a dermatologist or maybe it’s worked for a friend but keep in mind that all skin is different. If your skin breaks out often you should prolly stop using those products🥲. Spend atleast a full minute massaging your face everytime you wash it, moisturize generously especially before going to bed. Silk pillow cases are good for both the hair and skin, wash often, prolly after every 3 days. Avoid touching your face unless necessary. Please be gentle with your face when washing it, don’t scrub. For the hair I’d recommend washing once a week, whether you have braids or not. Oiling regularly and trimming it atleast once in every two months. Deep condition your hair everytime you wash it. Rosemary oil is great for hair growth, also try not to use heat on your hair unless necessary. Hope this helps♥️.

Hey nishindwe my hair journey was like yours I used to cut it when reaches certain point but I once went to certain saloon and she started taking care of my hair and started to grow. Make sure your hair is moisturized most of times and I use Dr miracle relaxer and vatika honey and eggs steaming. When she relax my hair she only deal with roots she doesn’t retouch the ends and I do steaming every after two weeks

Hey Naomi. You look beautiful. If you haven’t detoxed in a while, which sometimes it can cause a breakout, try taking raisin water first thing in the morning for 4 days continuously, it detoxifies your body and clears acne. (How to make it - soak raisins in drinking water overnight and take it first thing in the morning) (Please note: this works if your acne is being caused by toxins in your body - which btw is happens to a lot of us) ( This is a Chinese/Korean remedy, check it out)

Your hair is beautiful, other people don't have hair where they should. But I totally get you. Try coconut oil and protective hairstyles, and maybe less heat on the scalp
