Jackie James....Restaurants would not care for this at all. The least favorite items would no longer be ordered, the favorites ordered all the time and all other menu options shown would have a question mark hanging over them, with viewers wondering why they didn't make it into either category. Being a reviewer is a lot like walking a tightrope and has repercussions.

I'm really enjoying these videos. It's helping me to choose what I will order at PF Chang's. I've never eaten there, but I've always wanted to try it. This was one of my favorite menu items videos. I have been to P.F. Chang’s several times and I usually order the same thing (chicken pad thai) because I look at the menu thinking I’m not sure I’ll like other things. Tip on how to use chopsticks: hold them near the far end/top (away from the food), rather than the bottom. This increases the mobility of the chopsticks and makes it much easier to pick up food. Holding chopsticks near the bottom limits its range of motion and makes it harder to use!

Most of the spice in P.F. Changs dishes do not come from Siracha. It is more chilli oil, pepper and pepper flakes. Siracha it's not a common chinese condiment.
