David, recently became a fan! Thanks to you, my cousin and I have enjoyed Arco Seafood in Chinatown! Have you been to Street To Kitchen yet? It is a Thai restaurant, literally nestled in the corner of a strip center which mostly houses a gas station! It is run by Chef Benchawan “G” Jabthong Painter (of SaltAir and Theodore Rex) and her husband, Graham Painter. Dude, it is the best Thai food I've ever had in this city - been here 47 years - and is the most AUTHENTIC! Hit me up, I'll pay for lunch and take you!

@@DavidSriracha I've enjoyed both those restaurants, but in my humble opinion (subjective at best) Street To Kitchen is the most authentic I've had so far. Can't wait to hear what you think of it! When I first went there I asked the owner, Graham, if he had like a hot chili oil sauce for me to bring the heat up on my meal, he told me he wouldn't dare ask his wife, the chef, cause she would throw a wok at him! lol! One of their mission statements is, "UNAPOLOGETICALLY AUTHENTIC!" Well, my invitation still stands man.. LUNCH ON ME! Would be fun to eat and talk food with a FOODIE bro! check out my instagram @foodiepointofview to see other places I've been (you probably have too).

The steaks look very, very juicy. I think the most important aspect of any steak is flavor. I've found that wagyu has an incredible beefy flavor on the steaks that is hard to beat and isn't present in angus. BTW- what were the percentage wagyu/angus on these steaks? If greater than 75% wagyu, it looks like the cattle didn't marble. Any idea why?
