I love the image of the puzzle. I found it online for just under $65 CAD, which is more than I’d pay even for a great quality like Ravensburger or Schmidt. I’m waiting for a cloudberries puzzle I just ordered, my expectations are high after watching several videos saying how good the quality is. I would love to see you do a video on my favorite puzzles, I have over 90 of them in my collection. They are Jumbo puzzles from the Netherlands, their a cartoon puzzle by artist Jan Van Haasteren. WARNING you may get addicted. Good quality, no puzzle dust and nice quality box. Love your videos, keep them coming. ❤️❤️❤️

Oh that's quite expensive! Yes, even though they are nice quality, definitely not worth that much! The prices on Amazon do bounce around a bit and are unfortunately quite high at the moment. Hopefully you might see one in the future for a much more reasonable price. 🤞 I do enjoy Cloudberries puzzles. I think overall they're nice quality and have some great designs, but they do still have some things that bother me. The main thing is sometimes I find a few false fits with them - but this can be quite dependent on the design. Which one did you end up choosing? I hope you have a great time piecing it together! 😀 Oh wow! 90 of the Jumbo puzzles! 🤩 That's quite the collection! I haven't really tried Jumbo (except a really old one) but I've tried Falcon which is a sub-brand I think and those were very nice quality. So sounds like Jumbo are great too. I'm not always the biggest fan of cartoon styles (depending on the art style I guess) but these puzzles do seem quite popular. I may have to give one a go sometime, or at the very least try some other Jumbo puzzles (I actually have a cat one waiting for me in my 'to-do' pile). 🙂

Thanks for watching! 😀 I use foam core boards as puzzle boards which I get from either office supplies stores or art/craft stores. They are very lightweight but they can get a bit damaged and discoloured over time. But I don’t mind too much as they’re quite affordable - about $10 each. 🙂

What a gorgeous puzzle, Jubie! 💗🌵🌸 So, so pretty! And I love puzzles where you can piece together individual sections and objects within the overall puzzle. This sounds like a pretty good brand. 😁 I haven't tried one myself, but would certainly love to have one of my very own! 💟 I think it's really good to have a bunch of puzzle brands in this particular price range. 💰 And I really appreciate how you put the puzzle brands in context. It's really helpful! Also, when you were talking about the different brands, I started getting a craving to do a Ravensburger! 🧩🤤 These cravings are just too weird. Glad you enjoyed the video! 😀 I was pleased that this puzzle brand ended up being decent quality (I'm assuming their other puzzles are the same or similar) - always good to be able to add another brand to the list of affordable/medium price range puzzle brands out there. There's so many amazing puzzle brands available these days but it does feel like more of them are high-end boutique or indie brands. Nothing wrong with that but obviously not always that accessible for a lot of puzzlers. Speaking of KZbin videos causing weird cravings, I watch a lot of colourful makeup videos and sometimes I have random cravings to raid my makeup stash and smear bright eyeshadow on my face! So you're not alone! 🌈🙃😂

I did this brand a few month back for the first time and really enjoyed the puzzle I did, the only thing I didnt like about it was the paper backing. idk why puzzle brands add it, i dont know anyone who likes it, all they do is peel off easy. but I really did enjoy this brand myself, I am tempted to buy more of their puzzle, since I saw on their site they are having a sale atm and alot of their puzzle designs are colorful. thanks for sharing your review :-)

Yes totally agree - if they removed the paper backing I think this brand would be even better! 😀 Which puzzle did you do? They have quite a lot of fun and beautiful designs. I always have to stop myself from buying more! 😅

​@@JigsawJubie I did the Space Travel 1000 piece one, went together super fast, only took about 6hrs or so. hardest part was the astronaut in the bottom corner, since most of it was grey and black. I understand about slowing down on the puzzle buying, I am always looking out for deals and adding new ones to my wish list, but I need to complete some of the ones I got now before I buy anymore, since I got about 200 myself.

The finished puzzle turned out brighter than I thought it would. I was expecting there to be darker shadowy areas, which is not my favorite. I’ll need to add that brand to my puzzle list. I just finished Arctic Life by Soonness. It was super fun. Have you done any of the Arctic Life, Marine Life, or Forest Life puzzles?

Yes, I was expecting it to be a lot more muted too but actually a lot of it was fairly bright. Some of the dark green cactus, particularly at the bottom of the image were quite dark though - but still ok to puzzle. I've done the Forest Life puzzle which was super fun and adorable! 😀 I have the other two waiting for me... I really should do them sometime! 😅

It was a surprisingly quick puzzle to do - definitely thought it would take longer. I'm looking forward to seeing the Cobble Hill puzzle when you're done. 😀 That's good to hear about your Amazon orders. Sometimes they pack mine in a bag without any padding and it has to travel all the way from the US to Australia! 😓

Hi jubie, love your puzzle presentation and have learnt a lot from your talks. Can I ask a question about posture and the best way to do puzzles without back pain etc? Do you ever get a saw back or neck pain because of looking down to your puzzle

Thank you so much! 😊💖 Ha ha oh dear, I'm possibly the worst person to ask for advice about posture as I'm pretty sure mine is terrible! 😭😂 For me personally I don't seem to get sore puzzling like this but I'm pretty sure it can be quite uncomfortable for a lot of people. I have seen quite a few people use a puzzle board that sits in front of them on a table like an easel and is tilted (so the puzzle doesn't slide off).
